* **Temporary Processing Only**: Your information is only temporarily sent to our HIPAA-grade Google Vertex AI backend for processing and is never stored on our servers.
* **Legal Protection**: We maintain a [Business Associate Agreement](https://cloud.google.com/security/compliance/hipaa) with Google to ensure HIPAA compliance.

## The Limited Data We Do Process

* **Anonymous Technical Logs**: We collect only anonymous logs of API calls to audit usage and ensure service security. These cannot be traced back to you.
* **Apple HealthKit Data**: If you choose to use HealthKit features, this data is only processed temporarily and remains on your device. We never store it on our servers.
* **Support Communications**: If you email us for support, that communication will contain whatever information you choose to share.

## How We Use Health Information

Simply put - we don't. In accordance with Apple's requirements:
